Mark McKeown, VP of Sales and Business Development for Inferscience, is a Senior Healthcare Executive with over 30 years of working nationally with Health Plans and large Provider groups to provide software and services around Clinical Data, Risk Adjustment, STARs and Quality (HEDIS). He has been providing risk bearing entities in the Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, ACA and ACO marketplaces with solutions to increase patient care, member outreach, accurate reimbursement and risk planning as the industry moves from fee for service to value based care. He has placed a special emphasis on startups, new to market, or product re-introductions.

With a strong background in healthcare analytics, EHR integration, and clinical workflow, Kathleen has guided cross-disciplinary teams through complex initiatives—from enterprise data platforms to advanced natural language processing—ensuring technology delivers meaningful value to both clinicians and patients.
Max Bolotnikov serves as Vice President of Engineering at Inferscience, bringing proven expertise in AI innovation and healthcare IT leadership. Previously Director of Engineering at California Mental Health Services Authority, Max led engineering initiatives serving millions across California and developed AI systems that transformed workflow efficiency from days to seconds. His experience includes scaling telehealth platforms from $160M to $400M in annual revenue through strategic cloud architecture and team leadership.
