How Does it Work?
HCC Assistant integrates with Allscripts Professional and Touchworks EHRs and is certified by the Allscripts Developers Program. HCC Assistant can be accessed within the Allscripts EHR from the patient chart through an accessible button that leads to the opening of a new browser page. Within a few seconds HCC Assistant analyzes the patient data and provides a list of suggested HCC codes that you can submit back to the EHR.
