HCC Assistant can be accessed within Cerner PowerChart from the patient chart through an accessible button that opens the HCC Assistant tool displaying suggested HCC Codes. Within a few seconds HCC Assistant analyzes the patient data and provides a list of suggested HCC codes that you can submit back to the EHR.
